spirits???

I want to know if any of you knows where I can get information about "spirits"?

What is a spirit?.. how can I tell a "spirit" from an emotion?... when is a "spirit" and when is our nature or thoughts?...

There are a lot of people who "spiritualize" everything.. I've heard about
"poverty" spirit, spirit of "rejection", spirit of this and spirit of that...

I know, I know.. the Bible is the best source.. but, somewhere else (a book, or a website, or something) that explains this Biblically!
